Yeah, right.
The real question is have we ever had a politician that we could trust?
American politics has historically been riddled with dishonesty, from top to bottom. Our history books are full of presidents, senators and congressmen that have given us nothing but lip service. They promise one thing and do another. They smoke pot and don't inhale. They sell arms to Iraq and don't remember doing it. They bug the Democratic Convention, tape conversations discussing it and deny it when they're caught, but they are not criminals. Need I go on, I can you know for days and days…
The presidency as we know it seems like nothing more than an elaborate plot for unattractive older men to get young girls. Take Monica Lewinski (pronounced Blewclintski) Ok-bad example. She's not so hot, but Jennifer Flowers was. We won't even get into Kennedy because he was sharing women with Sam Giancana. Reagan would've been banging chicks but he was too damn old and Bush had to be getting something on the side. For God's sake Barbara Bush looks like the Skipper in a wig!!!

Where was I? Oh yeah, the election.
The reason that I'm bringing this up is that it's that time of the decade when we elect a new figurehead to be bought and sold by the real people that run our country.

Candidate Steve Forbes dropped out of the presidential race on February 9th after spending $65 million of his own money campaigning.
$65 MILLION OF HIS OWN MONEY!!!!!
Here is an individual that wants to help the country clean up it's budget deficit by doing away with income taxes in favor of a flat sales tax. This makes more sense than anything a politician has said or done in the last 30+ years (I could probably go farther back than that but Chris wasn't available to ask)
Yet, he is driven out of the race. By who you ask?
CORPORATE AMERICA (And probably Chrysler-Boycott them)
George W. Bush, John McCain, Bill Bradley, and Al (Tipper will tell me what to say and do) Gore have probably not spent one red cent campaigning.

We should all write in Steve Forbes name (if you intend to vote-I can't blame you if you don't)
This just in… Donald Trump has decided not to enter the presidential race. (He couldn't stand the pay cut and we probably couldn't take having revolving first ladies)
And now for something not so serious… Steven Spielberg had a kidney removed and will receive an Oscar for best one kidney direction in a motion picture pending it's completion. The working title "Schindler's other List-The organs taken out of my body."
And now for something totally mind-boggling… A recent study by the U.S. Census Bureau revealed that 45% of all black families have a single woman at the helm. Now anyone that watched the last two seasons of "Good Times" knows that Florida held it together like glue without breaking a sweat. So to all of you single women holding down the fort doing that Florida Evans thang…
